Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward and supportive as slipping into a pair of our Easy Clean Slides.

The Step-by-Step Process
1 Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)
Contact our customer care team at [email protected] to start the process. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information to assist you quickly.
2 Receive Instructions & Return Authorization (RMA)
Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send anything back without this RMA number.
3 Ship Your Item(s) Back
Securely package the item(s) in their original box and packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation. Affix the provided return label (if applicable) or ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4 Our Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions (unworn, unwashed, original packaging). Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.
Refunds & Credits
- Timing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days. The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Store credit may be offered in specific circumstances.
- Exchanges: For size or style exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. Standard or free shipping rates will apply to the new shipment based on your order value.
Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, the following items, as indicated by their nature and our menu categories, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Compression Socks: Due to their intimate nature and health application, all sales are final.
- Footbeds (Insoles): For hygiene reasons, these are not eligible for return.
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
All items must be returned in new, resalable condition: Tags attached, original packaging, no scuffs, marks, or signs of wear. This is especially important for our Rugged and Sleek collections, as well as shoes with specialized soles like Rocker Outsole designs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect item (e.g., you ordered Multi-Strap sandals but received Thong Sandals), please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
