2 Receive Instructions & Return Authorization (RMA)

Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without this RMA.

3 Ship Your Item(s) Back

  • Securely package the item(s) in their original box and packaging, if possible.
  • Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Use the provided return address. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4 Our Inspection & Processing

Once received, our team inspects the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. This processing typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.

Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

  • Refund Timing & Method: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days. The time it appears on your statement depends on your bank or PayPal’s processing times. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: For size or style exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. Standard or free shipping rates apply to the new shipment based on order value.

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety for all our valued customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Compression Socks: Due to their intimate nature and specific health application, all sales are final.
  • Footbeds (Insoles): For hygiene reasons, these are not eligible for return.
  • Final Sale Items: Any item marked “Final Sale” at purchase.

Condition is Key: All returnable items must be in new, resalable condition: tags attached, original packaging, with no scuffs, marks, or signs of wear. This is especially important for our Rugged and Sleek collections, and shoes with specialized soles like our Rocker Outsole designs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
