5.4 Shipping Restrictions

• Compression Socks: Due to their intimate nature and specific health application, all sales are final.
• Footbeds (Insoles): For hygiene reasons, these are not eligible for return.

6.3 Return Condition Requirements

All returnable items must be in new, resalable condition: tags attached, original packaging, with no scuffs, marks, or signs of wear. This is especially important for our Rugged and Sleek collections, and shoes with specialized soles like our Rocker Outsole designs.

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions

6.5 Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
